As a Marketing Specialist, you will manage social media, create impactful content, and execute campaigns. You’ll play a key role in increasing brand awareness and generating leads. A great opportunity for a hands-on marketer who takes ownership and actively contributes to our growth.
What you’ll be doing
You will work on a wide range of marketing activities, combining strategy and execution to make an impact.
- Social Media Management: Manage and schedule content for LinkedIn and YouTube, ensuring consistent and relevant posts per value stream. Make sure our products and campaigns are visible and effectively presented.
- Content Creation: Translate input from value stream managers and colleagues into clear and engaging content, such as emails, webinars, videos, and sales decks. Collaborate with sales and support to align content with customer needs.
- Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation and customer engagement. Analyze results and propose practical improvements to optimize performance.
- Collaboration & Optimization: Work closely with marketing colleagues, value stream managers, sales, and support to streamline processes. Share ideas and improve workflows to make marketing efforts more effective.
What you bring
You are a driven marketer with a hands-on mindset who takes full ownership of your responsibilities.
Experience & Skills:
- 3 to 7years of experience in marketing, social media, and/or campaign management.
- Experience with tools such as Odoo, Canva, and Leadfeeder (or similar software).
- Affinity with SaaS solutions and digital marketing.
- Candidates with 1-2 years of strong experience and a growth mindset are also encouraged to apply!

What we offer
- Salary: €45,000–€60,000, depending on experience and hours (32-40 per week).
